Two years ago I jumped into the bolstering community of bright, intellectual and rather interesting community of IT 'know it alls', if you will, in the Indianapolis area by joining Anchor Point.
Looking back, I realize that each day has presented itself as a new learning opportunity. Thankfully, I have been surrounded by coworkers, colleagues and clients who have made these past two years not only enjoyable but a growing experience.
It's been great being apart of a growing and expanding team. Since joining, Anchor Point has opened an office in Louisville and experienced tremendous growth.
The two most important things I've learned during my first couple years, and what I hope can be advice to anyone at any stage of their career are:
1. Be diligent. Hard work never goes unnoticed.
2. Do NOT cook pizza rolls in the company microwave unless you have enough for everyone
Looking forward, my hope is that my career thus far is just the launching pad for what I will accomplish with Anchor Point and throughout the IT community. I am eager to see where the past two years will take me as the world of technology is ever-changing.
